Prior to the Spring IT Exclusive Recruitment Fair of 2016 planned to go ahead in the afternoon of March 5 on the second floor of the 368 Building, Revenco Financial Technology Inc. (the company) trained interviewers in the afternoon of March 3, 2016. The training was divided into two parts The first one was to introduce the general procedures and arrangements of the recruitment fair as well as the relevant issues worthy of being noticed by the company’s personnel director. The other was to share certain interview skills with the individuals in charge from our recruitment partners. At the end of the training, the host answered questions brought forth by the interviewers.
As suggested by the Training Result Evaluation Form filled out by the interviewers, such training is well-timed, full of insights and quite beneficial to everyone.
The recruitment fair to receive applicants formally began at 14:00 in the afternoon on March 5.
The recruitment fair comprised of the following 5 steps:
1.Introduction of Revenco Financial Technology Inc.,
2.The chosen interviewers take a group photo,
3.Applicant interviews,
4.Outstanding interviewer award presentation and,
5.Lottery.

Moreover, all applicants and working personnel of the exclusive recruitment fair organized by Revenco Financial Technology Inc. received a mug for remembrance.
